George Komodromos - Lawyer / Managing Director
George Komodromos graduated and obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece) and thereafter obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) with a specialisation in Commercial Law, from the University of Bristol (United Kingdom). He is currently a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. George was the Head of the Financial Regulation Department at a leading law firm in Limassol, Cyprus. With almost 20 years of legal experience, George is mostly dealing with and advising high net-worth individuals and global corporations in the financial and commercial sector. George practices several areas of law which mainly include commercial and corporate law, banking law, legal compliance, construction and property law. During his legal career, George has dealt with and been involved in numerous important projects which include inter alia joint ventures of significant value, takeovers of private equity and investment companies and the business development of financial institutions in several jurisdictions including the jurisdiction of the Republic of Cyprus.
Evi Hamalis - Senior Associate / Lawyer
Evi Hamalis holds an LL.B from Queen Mary, University of London and an LL.M specialising in Competition Law, from King’s College, University of London. She also completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The College of Law, London. Evi is also a proud member of the Cyprus Bar Association. Evi has an impressive track record of over 15 years in the legal field, specialising in corporate, commercial and property law. Her dual qualification and international academic background enable her to provide strategic, cross-border legal advice tailored to both local and international clients. Elina Perikleous - Associate /Lawyer
Elina Perikleous is a qualified Lawyer and a registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Democritus University of Thrace (Greece), where she successfully completed an extensive academic program covering core areas of Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Constitutional, Administrative, European and Criminal Law. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar following the successful completion of the Cyprus Bar Examinations. Since 2024, she has been practising at George Komodromos LLC, providing legal assistance to international and local clients across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. Her work focuses on corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions and general legal support to businesses operating in Cyprus and abroad. Eva Pieri - Associate /Lawyer
Eva Pieri graduated and obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Cyprus. Having completed her legal traineeship with a specialization in litigation, she is pursuing an LL.M. in European Commercial Law at the same institution. She is currently a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, and mainly practices corporate, commercial, contract and property law, as well as regulatory and legal compliance matters. She also handles litigation cases and represents clients in disputes before the Cypriot courts. Eva advises both local and international clients on corporate structuring, commercial agreements and real estate transactions and provides legal support in dispute resolution and general legal advisory matters.
